Today I went to Gleneagles. Nice place! Visited the office,<\/div>\n
Also interviewed Shanon. The coffee there is really not bad! =)<\/div>\n
Discussed with Shanon a little on the company and interests<\/div>\n
and such. Also he have pretty good comments on the book I am<\/div>\n
currently reading: The 7 habits of highly effective people.<\/div>\n

Went back to office after that to finish more interviews! Intend<\/div>\n
to go to Luwan and Jin Qiao tomorrow to do more interviews for<\/div>\n
Dr. Seah’s presentation. Interviewd Dr. Fred, Anna and more.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
During the time in office, I see Dr. Seah’s executive assistant, <\/div>\n
taking over Denise: Claire. I also had a bit of a chat with Dr. Seah.<\/div>\n
He shared with me a little on gaining knowledge, little things that<\/div>\n
made a big difference: to lunch with different people everyday!<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
In the evening, I had a meal with Caren! Have to thank her for the<\/div>\n
treat she gave me. We discussed a lot of issues in the company<\/div>\n
and she shared with me alot of her personal experiences she gained<\/div>\n
prior to coming to the company. I felt that I have gained another<\/div>\n
new perspective and that I begin to see how the different issues<\/div>\n
in the company fit in.<\/div>\n

I begin to see why certain people respond to certain people differently<\/div>\n
and how they can have different personal agenda. Although i know<\/div>\n
this it is important to understand the dynamics (aka Politics) in the <\/div>\n
company, I will keep the bigger picture in mind. Shall use the <\/div>\n
understanding of these issues to my advantage.<\/div>\n
