今天上班，之后就回家休息！好好睡一觉！不运动，只休息！

今天Lucas双满月所以去吃火锅了。之后去逛街。累死了。回家快快休息！

今朝仕事を終わって、マクドナルド（）に行きました！そして、家に赤ちゃんの事をやりました。夜ジョギングしました！

今天早上工作，之后去麦当当吃北海道三文鱼汉堡，再回家照顾小宝！晚上也去跑步了！
