今朝泳ぎまして、仕事をやりました。そして、歯の治療（ちりょう）をしました。
今天早上游泳然后上班。之后去Root Canal! 痛死了。边做边流泪。

昨日下位（かい）の不当（ふとう）な要求（ようきゅう）を拒否（きょひ）しました。そして、面倒な事は沢山な有ります。歯今も痛い！
昨天收到实习生的不合理要求直接拒绝。最近烦恼的事情真多。都要一个一个解决！不管喝什么，牙依然痛。继续努力。
