November 2025 Week 4: Dubai Abu Dhabi Trip
今週DubaiとAbuDhabiに行きまして、赤ちゃんは病気でした。楽しかったですけど、面倒な事は沢山な有りました。佳く頑張ります！
这周终于有机会出国了。去了迪拜和阿布达比。刚好遇上UAE的国庆。只去一下子，可是双宝都病了。要多多小心。

September 2025 Week 2-3: Ironman Erkner Berlin, Germany
Finally completed Ironman 70.3 in Erkner, Berlin Brandenburg.
Fly from SG to Frankfurt then drove 6 hours to Erkner at night. Reason is because I am carrying bike luggage so safer to take SQ direct to Germany. Unfortunately no direct flight to Berlin. So safer to driver to Erkner directly. Next time must choose somewhere with a shorter drive. Fuel is expensive here. Love the Autobahn (expressway with no speed limit). Was driving 150km/h with the Volvo XC60 but still got easily overtaken by 200-250 km/h cars. Road is very well maintained and drivers got alot of road sense. So really good drive.
Overall Ironman experience: Awesome. Air quality is so good in Erkner, I dont have to pick my nose at all! But there is no race tour, so especially for the swim part if you got no experience can be quite scary. Love it that they print race bibs on demand. Something that I aspired to do but failed sometime back.
Swim: the part on getting kicked is real. I got kicked in the face and scratched by a lady swimmer’s toe nails. Arena storm wetsuit is amazing! I think that helped me secure a good swim timing.
Bike: Rainy day so freezing after the swim and very dirty. But I am surprised I managed to get a very good improvement in my bike timing (almost 30km/h).
Run: Did not so well. But just glad I managed to complete. Was cramping quite a bit especially at finish line, cannnot even speed up.
I think I love Germany! Very efficient, clean and I think pretty safe.
Also toured Berlin and Frankfurt before heading back to Sunny SG!

May 2025 Week 3-4: Admin Trip!
今週と来週は飛行機で国外に行きました。New YorkとCanadaに行きました。とても面白かった。佳く頑張ります！
这两周飞去了纽约和加拿大。非常有去的一个旅程。第一次在纽约开车到曼哈顿。第一次去加拿大。也是车开去的。第一次看见Niagara大瀑布。很多第一次。很有趣。也很开心这次买到了潜水衣。继续努力！

今日車で家族一緒に帰りました。とても疲れたですけど、嬉しかった。佳く休みました。
今天去了景点之后开车回家。晚餐在上海吃。好累。很开心终于安全开车出行！

HKDay1725: Trip to Suzhou!
今日車で家族一緒にSuzhouに行きました。ホテルはとても綺麗から、とても嬉しかった！
今天和大家一起出发开车去苏州。住的农家乐好豪华！很喜欢！

今日飛行機でSingaporeに帰りました。仕事も本もしました。
今天又要回新加坡了。两点的飞机。幸亏虹桥机场不用太赶。也工作和看书了。

今日船で遊びまして、帰りました。疲れた。よく休みました。
今天早上本来想跑步可是有点感冒还是多多休息吧。在西湖坐舟玩了就回来。好累。
