今日は仕事を続きました。そして、帰りました。自分会社の仕事を続きました。

今天工作继续！回家之后，创业继续！加油！

今日は水泳(1.5km)、自伝車(40km)、とジョッギング(10km)しました！とても満足しました！

今天完成了我的三项：游泳(1.5公里)、骑车(40公里)、跑步(10公里)。我最吃力的就是骑车，因为我选择了Mountain Bike而不是Road Bike。结果差一点最后一名，可是由于小弟我跑得快，最上了，侥幸没有倒数第一。

今日は海に泳ぎました。僕にとって、これは新しい冒険（ぼうけん）です！そして午後先生の家に行きました！

今天在海上游泳！浪很大 ，喝了不少海水。真是个很不错的经验。一直挣扎，因为浪的起伏，看不到前方。晚上去Marcos 家讨论Proposal!
