Today lotsa things happened…. there are lots of issues that happened

both in the house and in the company.

 

Came from Fudan today to the office. Had my "Zhao Pai" Rice. Now

Gona do some work! hehe! Glad that I had "Guo Tie" at Fudan for today

Morning.

 

In the company, I am very happy to be invited by Karen to be helping

in the VVIP program. Also did the Flow chart for the nurse counter. Also

Gave Patti an acorn I got from Jeju Island.

 

When I went back home, did ALOT of things…

1. Discovered that the World Link Webpage has expired.

Thanks to Tina. Did immediate due dillegence and sent an email to the

higher ups. Really worried about the issue.

 

 

Sent out the chronicles to the database and also put it up on the website..

Almost sent it with my parkway mail box… whew!

 

Well as the saying goes… 谈钱伤感情. Talked quite awhile on the house issues

for the entire house and also batch…. hai…. I really think its no issue… we should

move on… We didm’t come China just to settle these minute issues… Focus! Dudes

喝着我的牛奶，写着今天发生的种种事件。不过都是好事！

 

今天在复旦，听了方老师的课，还是一头雾水。天啊！我只

想那个C+阿！上帝救救我！

 

不过最好的，还是复旦的早餐！而两锅贴！YEah! 吃了以后，

开心一整天！ 之后还买了复旦的外套！只卖50人民币！哈哈！

红色的哦！很炫！

 

今天在公司，发现了一些事故。Joanne 的事。不过时后和她

在一茶一坐喝了个下午茶了解了许多公司里的人和事。非常有益。

通常可能你的出发点是好的， 不过可能会忘了某些观点。

 

在一茶一坐也有一件非常特别的事。不是对我，是对一个服务员。

好像叫余典典。我认为她的服务态度非常好！所以就写了张表扬

的信给店长。看见她让我想起以前做假期工的时候也当过服务员！

有人夸的时候，士气就格外高昂！哈哈！

 

回到家，健完身，在家里煮了Gary 的亲戚从新加坡带来的

出前一丁！ 太好吃了！！！！ 还加了蛋！和沙县的饺子！非常香！

YEAH!!! today finally can go back to Shanghai!!!

can see the things and people I have not seen for

sooo many days!!!! haha!

 

I hope I have gotten enough souveuirs…. the things here are

pretty expensive to buy! haha! but I guess its the thought that

counts…

 

Breakfast was at a department store… and we did some shopping there!

ahah! nice… then we headed striaght to the AIRPORT! haha! this time

its the SEOUL international AIRPORT! =) much bigger than the GIMPO airport

where we arrived from JEJU… haha!

 

When I reached Shanghai… took the line 6 bus back to Zhong shan park…

SUPER TIRED!!!! SLEEP!!! good night!

BREAKFAST

Authentic Chinese cruisine!!! 稀饭，豆浆，油条 and some dishes

made it a super good day for our trip to the NORTH SOUTH BORDER!

the DMZ zone… or the 38 degree line… a 4KM border between

North and South Korea! hehe!

 

ok… we were along the way to the borders and there are REAL korean

soldiers checking this and that…. and me, being a photo snapping tourist

happily carried it around in a not-to-take-picture area…

 

I saw a soldier at the gate and raised his hand at me… I thought he was saying

HI… haha… but that SENIOR RANKED SOLDIER actually stopped the bus and

came up and checked my camera!!! so he was trying to say… no photos…

stupid… that scare the entire bus!! haha! 

 

We first went to a train station that links us to the North Korea side! interesting!

you can get ur passport stamped there and thell ur frens that you have been to

North korea!! haha! After that we went to the other attractions!

 

the place is interesing!! we saw the mountains of NORTH KOREA and I actually

went into a TUNNEL that was DUG by north koreans to invade the south!!!!

they secretly DUG 4-5 Tunnels and I went into the 3rd one! which is the biggest

and the longest!!! wow! and we could see the other side dug by them… the

entrance! haha! interesting!

 

Went to the local shops and everything after that …. sold to us at high prices…

luckily few bought! haha!

 

Went to MING DONG and DONG DA MEN (EAST BIG GATE) and shopped till I dropped

went out with 3 fellow sisters… to help me look for Willa’s VOV… I didn’t get VOV…

got Skin food in the end… because its said to be better!

 

Met Emily’s Friends and Korean Teacher during that time… and I need to thank his teacher

for the Coffee!! haha!

Wow! the trip to SEOUL is superb! haha! Got up and had breakfast in JEJU…

last meal before leaving for SEOUL! the breakfast is not bad! Western!

My favourite! haha!

 

After breakfast we headed striaght to the Airport! After that I realised I left

my SD card back in SAND CAFE!!! haha! Stupid! only in the Airport then I realised

that I had left it in the CAFE! haha!

 

I am like… (-_-)!!!! because I took ALOT of pictures!! And I FORGOT how to go back!

Luckily when I got on to the Taxi to go back with our tour guide, Harry, we managed

to find the CAFE! whew! haha! and its still the same person tending to the store!

 

The Rest of the day….

is pretty fine… we manage to go to the Palace and the President’s place for a look.

Meantime we also saw a RIOT in the making!!! A super big gang of students were

going to stage a protest! I also saw a women who is protesting alone for the separation

of her relatives between north and south Korea.

 

After the palace tours, we went to "Min Dong"（民动） I think it means

PEOPLE MOVEMENT literally… its VERY HAPPENING THERE!!! lotsa activities! I got myself some

food there! pretty good! hehe!

 

Went to Walker-Hill in the evening… its a Casino for foreigners… but really, its nothing much…

BORING!!! haha! But the trip back to the Co op residence is NICE! its small but everything is

there in the house. interesting to live like a korean in Seoul for the next 2 nights!! hehe!

I am currently blogging in this cool Jeju cafe called SAND CAFFE…

Its a nice cool place with KOREAN computers!!! I cant really figure

out all the things to read… But I am happy to be able to blog!!!

I miss you alllllll!!! Muacks muacks!!! hahaha!

 

Conquering the "Sunrise Peak"

Okok! Today We went out from the resort to a place by the "Sunrise Peak"

to have breakfast, after that we went to climb the Sunrise peak!! hehe!

Wonderful experience!!! had a very good view of the sea!!!!

 

Went to the local native village after that!! The place where they flim the famous

Korea Drama "Da Chang Jin"!!!! haha! very funny! Ladies there have more say over

men!!! haha! The houses there are all STRAW thacthed roofs!!! very nostalgic!!!

They have this BLACK PIG and feed them with snakes and shit… haha…. human shit..

 

Lunch!

Lunch we have hot pot with one of the dishes being BLACK PIG MEAT!! haha! but those

pig ate feed… not shit.. haha… one thing worth saying… the SKIN of the pig has BLACK HAIR!!!

in the POT!!! I REFUSE TO EAT THE SKIN!!! YUCKS!!!!

 

The adventure continues…

We went to some stupid place with a fantastic view of the sea… I think its call a bay… with an

arch stretching out to the sea!!!

 

Eerie but interesting SLOPE!

the tour guide bought us to this place where the slope has thing going UPWARDS and not

down! haha! very interesting….. its really downslope… but things are rolling UP SLOPE!!!

Actually its just a visual effect… the WHOLE mountain is downslope… but there is this small

upslope so things will still go downslope even though it seems upslope!! haha! I actually saw news

on this slope back in Singapore last time! So glad to be able to SEE IT!!!! hehe!

 

MUSHROOM DINNER!!!!

Dinner is fantastic!!! had hot pot AGAIN!! haha! but this time its all mushroom… some Kim chi….

Kim chi is like ALWAYS on every meal!!!

 

After dinner, we went to to the hotel "NEW ISLAND HOTEL" 4 STAR hotel… haha…

We went to check out the streets of JEJU! not bad… very relax… and here am I in the SAND CAFFE

blogging! haha! I like this man! can keep everyone updated!! Shall be flying to SEOUL tomorrow

to checkout the BORDERS BETWEEN NORTH AND SOUTH KOREA!!! YEAH!!!

Hi everyone! I am safe and sound in Korea!!! Jeju Island!!!

Its a very beautiful place!!!! Today we visited this Dragon place!

Its on a beach! BEAUTIFUL!!!

 

I Tell you, JEJU island is FANTASTIC!!! The air is EXTREMELY fresh!

and the wind is cool! a very very refreshing break from Shanghai!!!!

In addtion, the food here is mostly seafood… and VERY LITTLE oil!!!

Its extremely healthy!!!

 

For Dinner, we had hot pot seafood…. wow! the food is superb!!!

I ate dinner with all the people I don’t know… haha!!!!

After that we went to a resort and spent the night there! The resort

is fantastic! We slept on "Tatami" bed… very cool!!! =)

Today I went to 七浦路 with Yao Hsien and my friend Wu Na (from

Zhejiang University)!!! hehe! We had lunch at this Jap restaurant there.

Nice. BUT EXTERMELY OILY!!!!!! so health conscious people please beware!

 

Also! I went to this shop that are recommended by Seniors called "夏军"

and have gotten 2 business shirts, 2 polo tees, and a t-shirt for 175RMB!!!

Super happy! Also found a way to go there by bus and back! haha!

 

I passed by Luwan today! Took a picture of the event!!! SPECIAL OLYMPICS!!

haha! Sooo exciting! I think I can only see it after I come back from Korea!!

 

In the evening, I went to checkout SUPER BRAND MALL!!!! I remember

KElvin telling me how great it is… not bad lah…. Had a meal at "78".

ordered Japanese fried rice!!! haha! Today is super fun!!

 

Gona pack my luggage soon before I sleep… not feeling too good. Too much

"wind" in my stomach… haha… good nite folks! wait for my EXCITING KOREA

ADVENTURE!!!!
