今朝家に行きました。そして、午後船の修行（しゅぎょ）をしました！本当に疲れた！

早上搬东西去新家，下午去帆船！这次跟DJ还有Bosna一起训练，可以说是我帆船至今，总共加起来的Tack+Gybe+Spinnaker 的练习都没那么多! 真的是受益不浅，而且第一次看竟然能从码头直接帆出去和回来，完全不用引擎！佩服！
