今日新しい同僚と一緒に食事をしました。運動しました。頑張ります！

今天有新同事加入，很开心。今天也运动了。继续努力！

今朝運動しまして、赤ちゃんと一緒に泳ぎました。そして、Bikeをしました。疲れたですけど、嬉しかった。

今天运动，之后带大宝游泳，之后去拿平衡车练习。很紧凑。晚上我数到200他就睡着了。

今日運動しまして、赤ちゃんと一緒に外に遊びました。

今天早上运动了，之后带大宝去骑马了。他非常喜欢他的Amanda（马的名字）。
