今日歯が痛いですから、歯科医（しかい）に会いました。仕事を終わって、ジョギングに行きました。

今天早上牙齿就好痛！所以去看牙医了！下班后去跑步了。

自分の会社の仕事は難しいは当然（とうぜん）です。今朝プールで泳ぎまして、一日中仕事をやりました。

今天有吃亏了。本来说好是$X结果只付$X-$y!!!! #$$%#&#$%@$!!!!不过算了。经一事长一智。不生气，生气没用。

今天工作之后和爸妈拜拜七月初一，之后在泳池运动。努力挣扎求存！

今朝２時半起きまして、AHMの準備をしました。走りまして、家に帰りました。仕事を続きました！

今天两点半就起床准备跑半马拉松。太精彩了，今天我第一次跑马拉松前在现场肚子痛找不到厕所（3万人！）于是去了很远很远用厕所。然后才开始跑。差一点就因为肚子不适没跑。回家后继续努力创业！要快点Go Live!

今日家に会社の事をやりました。明日のArmy Half Marathonを準備しました。

今天好好在家里休息。把帐和Financial Statement 搞定。准备明天的AHM！

今日一日中仕事をやりました。とても疲れたですけど、疲れた！頑張ります！

今天一整天都在工作！一整天都在开会，搞定问题，然后努力卖服务！虽然很累，不过真的很有满足感！
