今日叔母（おば）さんが落（お）ちるのニュースを聞きまして、叔母さんの家を訪問（ほうもん）しました。そして、仕事を終わって、同僚と一緒にジョギングをしました。

今天得到姑姑跌倒的消息，心里七上八下。所以午餐时间冲去探望。晚上下班的时候和同事去跑步了。

昨日いいニュースの希望をもらったから、嬉しかった！今日仕事を終わって、体（からだ）検査（けんさ）にいきました。そして、ジョギングしました。

昨晚得到有好消息的希望！有点开心！今天下班后去体检，晚上去跑步了！加油！

今日先生に食事をしました！そして、仕事を終わって、家に帰りました！

今天和Mentor一起吃饭！感谢能兼职又创业的机会！晚上继续努力工作。

今日両親と一緒に野菜を買いました！そして、一日中両親の家に居ました！いろいろな仕事をやりました！夜ジョギングしました！

今天一早就和爸妈去巴刹买菜！之后一整天在爸妈家做事。晚上跑步！有灵感！要努力！

今天打扫家里之后就去帆船了。今天尽然有进步！不是最后一名！哈哈！

今天和赞助商见面了。虽然有不错的消息，不过还是需要继续努力，再接再厉！

今日仕事をやって、慰霊祭（いれいさい）にいきました。

今天下班后去了阿姨的追悼会。午餐的时候也看了有可能租下来的办公室。

今日家の中に仕事をやりました！そして、泳ぎました！家も掃除しました！

今天在家里，洗了车，打扫房子，游泳，也做了计划书！真的好高效率！连船的事情也差不多搞定！
