Drink 3: Kale Tales: This is NICE! I The taste of cucumber mostly but I think it is refreshing with coconut water!
Drink 4: Farmer Salad: This is quite bitter and strong taste of vegetable.

Day 2 of 3 – HIC Juice Review for 3 day REBORN cleansing!
So far I am glad I manage to go by totally on just water and the juices without cheating. First day was pretty hard, second day is a little more used.
Drink 1: Green Easy: this is pretty easy to drink and refreshing as a first glass in the morning!
Drink 2: Lemon n’ spice: this is SPICY! really spicy almost choked! So far this is the most difficult to drink…
Drink 3: Green Greenie: This is quite easy to drink considering the spicy drink earlier…
Drink 4: Green Lemonade: The taste of parsley is strong in this one. But still drinkable. =)

Drink 1: HEART BEET: Taste of beet is very strong. But it was masked with ginger, the apple and carrot makes the taste a little sweeter too!
Dink 2: Green Envy: Could not really taste the parsley. Though it looks green, but I can taste the watermelon well and drink is mildly sweet and nice to drink!
By now (1pm) , I am already feeling weak probably because I am a big eater and this liquid diet is something very new to me.. Time for the next drink. Stomach rumbling…
Drink 3: Cool as a…: Taste of celery and cucumber with a bit of sour due to the lemon maybe…
Drink 4: Citrus Chia: This is nice! at least with solid chia seeds I can chew on! Hungry hungry…
Drink 5: Clean Greens: this one is slightly bitter but still drinkable smell of cucumber and apple makes it more drinkable!
Drink 6: Pure Coconut Water: Finally something familiar to drink before sleeping.

HIC Juice Review for 3 day REBORN cleansing!
The juices arrived the night before my 3 day REBORN cleanse starting tomorrow. Pretty neat packaging in 3 insulated bags to keep the juices cool: one bag for each day.
The bags are labelled clearly and so are the bottles in each bag so it is quite easy to know how to start. It also comes with a cool glass straw! These cold-pressed juices are kept in glass bottles!
In addition there is a simple guide and suggestion to how to go about the course and what to and not to eat.
I hope I can survive the 3 day challenge!

昨晚通了一个秘密电话，知道新项目有希望！早上游泳，收拾家里。之后收到哥哥出交通意外的消息马上赶去医院。幸亏只是左脚骨折还有擦伤，没有生命危险。

Finally home today after the flight from Moscow to Singapore leg! Love the meals offered by Singapore Airlines. Reached home at 6am and have a nice shower before starting to unpack.
Bedding folks came by 915am to deliver the beds and I really love it! Going to sleep on it tonight for long hours for sure after jet lag! MUAHAHA! After that was a trip home to bring all my stinky clothes home for mum to wash! (Yeah I know I am trying to push my luck to get mum to wash and I can be lazy again!)=p
By 2pm, already back in office to catch up on work matters and really happy to be working!
