今日から仕事を始まりました！疲れたですけど、仕事を続きました！夜佳く休みました！

今天回到工作，继续努力！晚上也好好休息了！真的好累！

From 17-20 Jan 2014, I went to Telok Ramunia (Malaysia) for a 4 star course, it was a superb experience for me as I have only experience flat water in Singapore.

In these 4 days, I learn how to look at “windows of opportunities” to punch through the waves before they collapse and crash onto me. And if they do collapse on me, I learn to manage such great force (waves as high as 2m collapsing is no joke) to make sure I can roll back up even after I capsize, or to use this collapsing force as support to ensure I stay safe.

After this course, I can totally appreciate the importance of tucking in when you capsize and looking forward to spot windows to be able to punch out climbing more manageable waves (or before they collapse). I also learn that the feeling of being capsized inside a crashing wave is like in a washing machine (with fine sand).

I am glad to have made it. Safe and sound! =)

今日仕事を終わったら、両親と一緒にスーパへ行きました。簡単な事ですが、気持ちよかった。

今天下班后去和老爸老妈逛超市。帮他们扛买的东西回家。原来陪父母带给我简单的快乐，满足。人生再艰难，我都知道我会因为我爱的人变得更强！ （今天也受到TECS的拒信。）
