今日は水泳(1.5km)、自伝車(40km)、とジョッギング(10km)しました！とても満足しました！

今天完成了我的三项：游泳(1.5公里)、骑车(40公里)、跑步(10公里)。我最吃力的就是骑车，因为我选择了Mountain Bike而不是Road Bike。结果差一点最后一名，可是由于小弟我跑得快，最上了，侥幸没有倒数第一。
