今日は僕のコースの最後の日です！そして、試験にしました！夜ジョギングしました！

今天是课程的最后一天。之后还有考试！晚上去跑步了！

朝はIPPTに行きました。そして、First Aid レッソン（Lesson）を続きました！とても面白かった！

今天早上去了体能测验。我发现，如果锻炼多一点，真的能得到Gold! 不过算了啦！之后去了急救课，学了更多急救知识！

今日はFirst Aid コースに行きました！とても面白かった！

今天上了First Aid课！非常有趣！而且吃好吃又便宜的午餐！晚上好好休息，准备明天的体能测验！
