今日は人生の先生に会いました！一年ぶりですから、先生はちょっと変わりました。顔も性格ももっとよくなりました。いろいろ相談しました。とても楽しかった！
今天和SLK一起吃饭了！哇！隔一年，变化十分大！瘦了许多，也晒黑了些。可能不用工作人也会变得更开朗吧！我多希望我也能这样！哈哈！谢谢SLK在我分享我人生的进展的时候，每次都会提醒我可能会碰到的绊脚石，让我能更谨慎的对待可能出现的问题。晚上也去游泳了！真舒服！

前の靴は古過ぎるので、ちょっと壊れた。新しい走る靴を買いました！高いですけど、本当に素晴（すば）らしい靴です！
昨天我和旧鞋跑了最后的一个远距离的20公里，知道它真的不行了。所以我买了一双“千里神驹”是最新的Asics Kayano 17！ 非常棒！虽然有点贵，不过我觉得物有所值！迫不及待的想穿它跑步去！哈哈！
