今日自分との事しました。面倒な事を一々に消した！

今天好开心，烦恼的事一件一件解决。

今日会社の仕事を辞めりまして、気持ち佳かった。自分の事は頑張ります！

今天终于可以鼓起勇气退出了。心情不再那么沉重。自己继续努力吧！

今日仕事をやりまして、プールで泳ぎました。頑張ります。

今天工作继续。努力继续。晚上还游泳了，帮助背部恢复！未来是个未知数。

今日一番気持ち惡いから、何もできませんでした。もっと頑張りますよ！

今天可能又是人生的一个最低潮。人格被自己信的人怀疑，有点失望。真的需要努力。?

今天一样从家里办公，背部稍微好一些了！需要活动一下！

今天虽然在休息背部，不过还是可以把好多事情搞定，所以非常满足！

今日一日中背中をよく休みました。自分会社の事をやりました。

今天一整天都趴在床上，好好让背部休息！也做了点创业的事。

今日腰痛（ようつう）が有りますから、何もできませんでした。佳く休みました。

今天腰好痛好痛！昨晚都痛得要趴着睡觉了！什么事都不能做，只能老老实实的趴在床上好好休息！

今日昔同僚に会いまして、相談しました。仕事を終わって、泳ぎました！頑張ります！

今天和以前的同事见面了。拿了我的证书！下班后也游泳了！继续努力！
