今天又划独木舟。真开心。也第一次搞群体自照！好玩！

今天去划舟了。之后在家里好好休息，顺便搞GA的事。

今天下班后，继续作了自己公司的事。晚上也去跑步了。要继续练习，变得更强！

Today marks my 30th birthday. Getting old. Though I still dream alot, but I am not as naive as I used to be. Here are some progress so far:

Family
I manage to renovate the house and make sure my parents have a more comfortable place to live in. Also try to spend more time with them where possible. I hope she can come over soon too.

Entrepreneurship & Career
I aimed to raise quarter to half a million of equity free money. I failed. In the end I only manage a low 6 figure amount of equity free money.

In terms of starting up, I manage to stablise my own company to have a steady low 5 figure annual income for the next 1-2 years. Still need to put in more effort to develop GenieAgent and FotoGraft.

In my day job, I manage to have the opportunity to become a team lead to serve the team. Taking professional project management route and handling stake holders hone my soft skills (while helping me earn a living).

Health & sports
Been generally well. Taking part in Marathons every year and started doing Triathlons. Caught up on kayaking and am now 4 star proficient in open /sea water (max is 5 stars), glad that I am a Level 1 (working towards Level 2) kayaking coach. Took up sailing and am able to operate both Pico and Laser boats. Looking forward to more time in the sea. These activities help me de-stress, fit and healthy.

Conclusion
On the whole my thinking became more mature than a decade ago, even though my dreams remained somewhat the same. I am glad I did not give up and my perseverance created the company that did not existed 10 years back, providing value to my clients, my partners and myself.

Working towards starting a family in the next 10 years while expanding my own company. Of course, health and family would be the most important thing.
