今日は先生に会いました。大切な事を教えてくれました。本当にありがたい。

今天又和Marcos见面了。他跟我分享了计划书的想法。让我知道哪里需要改良，还缺些什么。这让我十分感激。我还太嫩，要再练！

今日は同僚と一緒に食事をしました。同僚は会社を辞めましたから、少しい嬉しくない。夜ジョギングしました。

今天和同事一起吃饭，可是是Farewell午餐！有点伤心！晚上去游泳了！

今天是工作周的开始，工作不断涌入！大家加油！晚上去游泳了！

今朝３時ぐらい起きました！そして走りました。疲れた！！！

今天早上三点爬起来，去跑5点的半马拉松！好累啊！ 之后继续努力！

今日は舟で川に遊びました。そして家に居ました。良く休みました。

今天去划舟，之后回家。呆在家里好好休息。准备明天的半马拉松。
