今日も海に出た。人と海も面白いから、楽しかった。

今天又教了一批学生划了独木舟。真棒。好累。回家睡大觉。

今日はカヤック(Kayak)の訓練（くんれん）をやりました。疲れた！

今天的独木舟课，比较象是我的训练。做了4次Rescue,3次towing。不是很累，不过很饿。回家吃了5碗饭。太夸张了。
