今日は昔同僚に合いました。とても楽しかった。夜ジョギングしました。

风水轮流转：以前我是客户，现在他是老板！哈哈。不过最开心的是能叙旧。非常感谢这个机会！

今天做什么都很迟钝。下班后去跑步了。继续加油！

今日も海に出た。人と海も面白いから、楽しかった。

今天又教了一批学生划了独木舟。真棒。好累。回家睡大觉。

今日はカヤック(Kayak)の訓練（くんれん）をやりました。疲れた！

今天的独木舟课，比较象是我的训练。做了4次Rescue,3次towing。不是很累，不过很饿。回家吃了5碗饭。太夸张了。

今日は仕事を終ったら、ジョギングしました。そして、自分会社の事をやりました！
