今天带双宝去看医生，之后一直在搞房子的事情，终于把爸妈家房间清空了。继续努力。

今天送大宝去学校，之后上班。今天也扑了新的地布。味道好重！甲醛！继续努力！

今朝マラソンを走りまして、足は痛かった。佳く休みました。頑張ります！

今天4点就爬起来准备去马拉松！不想迟到，不想拥挤。跑完了真开心。没有受伤真好！继续努力！

今天和大宝去游泳，之后上钢琴课。然后一起玩！今天早早休息，准备明天的上海马拉松！加油！
