今天上班，之后跑步了。今天收到最好的消息，就是赢得了上海马拉松2021的赛位！真棒！

今朝赤ちゃんの学校へ行きまして、Costcoに行きました。そして、ジョギングをしました。頑張ります！

今天去了大宝的学校，也去了Costco。之后还跑步了。继续努力！

今天带着大宝去参加小小勇士挑战赛。他非常开心！之后去跑步了。继续努力！

今朝運動しまして、赤ちゃんと一緒にDisneylandに行きました。とても楽しかった。頑張ります！

今天早上爬起来先运动再去迪士尼玩。好累啊。晚上还要烫衣服。
