今日赤ちゃんと一緒にSoccerに行きまして、遊びました。今日も運動しました。頑張ります！

今天运动了。也带大宝去踢足球。他完全不愿意。只有到最后拿贴纸的时候非常愿意。下次再玩！

今天早上运动，之后带大宝去看中医。试了推拿，泡脚来治鼻炎。晚上果然没塞鼻子。

今天上午运动，之后和大宝玩Costco。之后去诊所打流感疫苗。晚上好好休息了。
