今日朝６時起きました。Cancer 為に走りました。疲れですけど、意味が有ります！

今天6点就起床了。真的是一场很不容易的战抖，斗志抖不过温暖棉被。最后迟到一点点。不过还是跑完了15公里！之后继续为创业努力奋斗！

今日面白かった場所に行きました。もちろん面白い人に会いました。楽しかった。

今天去了MHT的聚会！为他们的新网站感到骄傲！能再见面真棒！

今日仕事を終ったら、ジョギングしました。そして、自分会社の事を働きました！頑張ろう！

今天下班后去跑步。之后继续忙创业！加油吧！

忙しかった。仕事も自分の会社も。時間は全然足りなかった。

没时间。今天超级忙。无论是自己公司，还是工作。都忙不过来。

今日は昔同僚に合いました。とても楽しかった。夜ジョギングしました。

今日も海に出た。人と海も面白いから、楽しかった。

今天又教了一批学生划了独木舟。真棒。好累。回家睡大觉。

今日はカヤック(Kayak)の訓練（くんれん）をやりました。疲れた！

今天的独木舟课，比较象是我的训练。做了4次Rescue,3次towing。不是很累，不过很饿。回家吃了5碗饭。太夸张了。
