今日一日中家に居ました。欲休みました！

今天一整天在家里，好好休息！

今日も海をでた。疲れたですが、楽しかった。

今天又去Expedition了。虽然很累，不过还是很开心！

今日も海にでた。本当にとても疲れた。

今天终于划了另外28。5km回来了。超级累。总共划了57公里。Wow!

今日は海に出た。とても疲れた！

今天划了28.5公里。是我人生中一天内划最远而且最难划的一个Expedition.

今天准备明天的Kayaking!!! 真的超级期待！哈哈！

今日は仕事やりました。そして、夜ジョギングしました。

今天工作。之后晚上去跑步了。加油！

今日仕事を続きました。もちろん自分会社の事もやりました。頑張ります！

今天做了好多事情。好累啊！
