今日は海を出た！そして勉強しました！疲れた！

今天穿着新的Stohlquist Descent去划独木舟了！超棒的救生衣！

今日はお腹がいっぱかった。勉強して、ジョギングしました。

今天吃得好饱！读了书，跑了步！生活真精彩！

今日は友達と一緒にプレゼンテーションをしました！そして、仕事を終ったら、プールで泳ぎました！

今天和朋友一起去了生意的Presentation！下班后去游泳了！加油！

今日は仕事の時間全然足りなかった。食事の時間も働きました！頑張ろう！

今天工作时间完全不够！连吃饭时间都要工作！晚上去理发，读书！加油！
