今日の会社は沢山な仕事があるですけど、すぐ全部やりました！皆やるじゃないか？そして午後は友達に会いました！夜は走りました！

今天工作很多，不果全都做完了！大家真有效率！下午还见了朋友吃饭叙旧，晚上去跑步了！每个星期二十公里，加油！脚又要断了。今天我一整天都在想项目的事情：究竟能不能成功？要怎样才能做到？

今日は月曜日です。今日は頭が痛いし、いろいろな面倒な事がありました。つまらないですけど、働かなければならなかった。仕事を終わって、プールに行きました！楽しかった！

今天星期一，头有点痛。真烦！不过工作还是得做，饭还是得吃！晚上去游泳了！好久没有游泳了！感觉真棒！什么时候才能过得自由自在呀？？？

今日はカヤックへ行きました！すごかった！いろいろ使い方はできました！だからとても嬉しかった！でも疲れた。

今天去划船了！我发现我的技巧更纯熟了！真开心！今天也看到了一群龙舟队的女生非常有创意的生日惊喜：在女厕外等生日的人，在刚出来的时候马上唱生日歌！真有创意！晚上还吃了榴莲！活着真好（再吃一粒榴莲！）

今日は昔の友達と一緒に遊びました。とても嬉しかったです。そして夜ご飯は家族一緒に食べました。

今天和旧同学一起出去玩了！好久没去 East Coast Park（东海岸）玩了！真开心！晚上和家人一起吃晚餐！=）

今日は仕事をおわって、家の辺りに二十キロメートル（kilometer）を走りました。足は痛かったですけど、満足です！

今天下班后我去跑步了！20公里！加油！每次之后都脚软，脚痛。不过绝不放弃！还是要跑！今天也受到了项目的一个好消息！真的好感谢啊！超级感谢！现在只欠东风！

週末にことをやりすぎで、今日はとても疲れます。今日は月曜日です、仕事の日。休みたいでも休めない

想休息却不能休息。因为周末太卖力的缘故，现在超级累！可是还得来上班！救命啊！！！晚上做了些比较简单的运动，看了些日语才睡觉！好累好累！

今日は午前五時に起きました、墓掃除（はかそうじ）がするので。そしてカヤックに行きました。今は疲れた、とても寝たいです。

今天我五点就起床了！虽然在床上挣扎了十五分钟，不过我还是把睡魔打败，然后起床去扫墓了！之后便去划船。现在的我可以说是超级无敌累！ 真想马上睡觉！Zzzz Zzzz
