今日は仕事をおわって、家の辺りに二十キロメートル（kilometer）を走りました。足は痛かったですけど、満足です！

今天下班后我去跑步了！20公里！加油！每次之后都脚软，脚痛。不过绝不放弃！还是要跑！今天也受到了项目的一个好消息！真的好感谢啊！超级感谢！现在只欠东风！
