朝はIPPTに行きました。そして、First Aid レッソン（Lesson）を続きました！とても面白かった！
今天早上去了体能测验。我发现，如果锻炼多一点，真的能得到Gold! 不过算了啦！之后去了急救课，学了更多急救知识！
