今日体は佳くないから、一日中家に居ました。
今天身体欠佳，所以一整天都呆在家里休息！

今日海を出た。そして、ヨットクラブ(Yacht Club)に参加（さんか）しました。夜時、体は佳くなかった。
今天去划独木舟也参加了游艇俱乐部的会员！晚上身体不知道为什么不舒服。要好好照顾自己！
