今天上班后回家装电视机。之后去游泳了。然后继续工作。努力奋斗！

Team Transformation

Today we formalised a team transformation for the team to take on evolving roles which we thought would be beneficial for their personal growth. Sincerely hope this would help them become better and build more competencies which would help them in their next job! From a business perspective, this transformation also helps make the team more efficient and self-sustaining to take on the challenges in the industry today. I am really learning and am thankful for the opportunity and the team that is open to test out this change together!
