今週山に行きまして、神（かみ）に祈（いの）りました。心はとても満足しました。佳く頑張ります！

这周去成都爬山，见到佛祖和普贤菩萨拜拜，十分疗愈。身体还适应得了3700米的高原。感觉不错。继续努力。
