今日赤ちゃんと一緒に病院に行きました。そして、ジョギングしました。頑張ります！

今天带小宝去看过敏出的疹。竟然还在脖子抽血，吓死了。幸亏护士手巧，30秒内抽了三瓶血。之后去跑步了。继续努力。
