今朝友達に会いまして、仕事をやりました。そして、家の事をしました。疲れた。明日から、どんどん運動します！頑張ります！
今天早上先和朋友见面再上班！下班后处理好多琐碎的事情。好多所谓的专家，亲朋戚友，还有不靠谱的互联网上得到的信息都不能相信。因为每个人的处境和场景都不一样。每个人都不一样。今天把最后的Happiness时间用完了。要继续努力！
