今日仕事をしました。そして、夜運動をしました。

今天上班了。晚上运动一点点。发现我还是不太了解谋事。要努力。

今日やっとう金曜日です！仕事沢山な有りますが、全然したくない。夜ジョギングしました。

今天终于星期五。虽然有很多事，不过都没心情。晚上去跑步了！要继续努力才行！

実（じつ）は希望（きぼう）が有りますから、一所懸命に働きます！夜泳ぎました。

其实自己还蛮期待有希望的。所以一直非常努力创业！起起伏伏。晚上去游泳了。

今日チームと一緒に美味しい食べ物を食べました！とても満足しました！

今天和同事一起吃饭了！吃好料！真开心！非常满足！

怒る事を終わって、とても気持ちでした！夜運動しました。頑張ろう！

今天把忍了几个月的怨气都发泄在对的人。真的太舒服了！晚上运动了。继续加油。

今日会社へ行きました。勿論（もちろん）仕事をしました。夜ジョギングしました。

今天上班班了。当然也工作了。晚上去跑步了。继续努力创业！
